Lauren spent years practicing criminal defense and post-conviction law, where she advocated for more just outcomes for her clients and heard some truly wild stories along the way. These days, she focuses on civil law matters, which tend to be far less exciting — but every once in a while, something lands on her desk that’s strange enough to find its way into a future story.
